Detailed description
The MAPE 100 centrifugal horizontal sludge pump is intended for transportation of solid, bulk, fine- and coarse-grained substances in the form of suspension in liquid. Size of mechanical impurities in the liquid can reach up to 35 mm, with a pH range of 0 – 14 and density up to 1800 kg.m-3.
The pump can be customized to other environments, depending on the density and temperature of the pumped medium.
MAPE 100 is recommended when pumping:
- abrasive additives – water with: quartz sand, slag, glass grinding dust, etc.
- alkali
- acids
- ferric sulphate and aluminium sulphate
- brine
- fatty waste material
- limestone
- energy gypsum
- ceramic suspensions and ceramic grinding dust
- agricultural fodder and agricultural wastes
- liquid fertilizers
- pulp – uranium ore molten in sulphur acid solution
- and other suspensions and abrasive substances
