Detailed description
The centrifugal horizontal sludge pump MAPE 150 is intended for transportation of solid, bulk, fine- and coarse-grained substances in the form of suspension in liquid. Size of mechanical impurities in the liquid can reach 55 mm, pH range: 0 – 14 and density up to 1.800 kg.m-3. In case of differing orders the pump can be modified to another environment (density or temperature of the pumped medium).
We reccomend pumping of:
- abrasive admixtures – water with quartz sand, water with slag, water with glass grinding dust and others
- alkali
- acids
- ferric sulphate and aluminium sulphate
- brine
- fat waste waters
- limestone
- energy gypsum
- ceramic suspensions and ceramic grinding dust
- agricultural fodder and agricultural wastes
- liquid fertilizers
- pulp – uranium ore molten in sulphur acid solution
- and other suspensions and abrasive substances
